Cafe
Our coffee is so popular we had to install a larger machine and add more Baristas to the team! Our coffee beans are roasted by a multi-award-winning coffee specialist right here on the Gold Coast. Our special blends are exclusive to Ambarella and we post our coffee beans all around Australia. Even to Melbourne.
If you’re feeling peckish you can enjoy a selection of freshly made sandwiches, rolls, wraps and open grills. Fresh salads and baked goods are popular too. All our Cafe food is made in the Ambarella Kitchens.
Juice Bar and Gelato
Grab your favourite juice or acai bowl from the Juice Bar. And we dare you to resist the Italian Gelato, made in-house, summer or winter. You’ll be transported back to Italy the moment you take your first lick.
Bakery
Pick up your freshly baked bread, including german ryes and sourdough or perhaps some Bagels from Bagel Boys? A full range of Schar Gluten Free bread, rolls, crackers and pizza bases are available at the bakery.
If you love a good hot pie, then you must try our Boscastle pies from Melbourne. Not just plain old beef pies either. We carry the delicious flavours of Thai Chicken, Beef Burgandy, Butter Chicken, Chicken and Leek, Korma and Veg plus sausage rolls.
If you love pastries you can enjoy some French Patisserie delights through to the much-loved Bee Sting. You’ll find Gluten-Free and Vegan slices too in the Bakery. Eat one with a coffee in our Cafe or take one home with you.
Delicatessen
Ready to see the largest International cheese range on the Gold Coast? If you haven’t already you’ll have to pay our Deli a visit.
Cheeses, pate’s and small goods to take your next platter to new heights. Some of our best cheeses are from Italy, Spain, France, England, Switzerland, Holland and of course Australia. We guarantee you’ll impress your friends as they’ve probably never tasted Deli food that is so delicious.
We have a selection of olives in the Deli and our own Ambarella Mix a secret recipe of herbs and other ingredients. The main olives in our mixes are firm, plump Kalamata olives and the round, meaty, Colossal olives.
There are many types of accompaniments to complement any platter. Pair your cheese and deli meats with crackers, pastes, preserves and condiments, all available at the deli.
Butcher
If it’s great tasting meat and poultry you are looking for you are in the right place. Our Butcher sources meat and poultry from the best grazing areas in Australia you’ll definitely taste the difference.
Or if you want a quick and easy meal, one of the Butchers popular speciality pastries are a must.
Fresh wild-caught salmon and Barramundi from Humpty Doo are the most popular seafood selections.
Fruit and Vegetables
Fruit and vegetables are sourced locally and from the famous Brisbane Markets. You will find fresh seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs and spices, together with the decorative and popular edible flowers.
Frozen Section
A few years ago we renovated the store and added a bank of freezers so we could carry a large range. Now you’ll find speciality Gluten-Free and Vegan ice creams and yoghurts, Careme Pastry to the famous Angelo’s Italian pasta from Melbourne.
You’ll also find Black Rock and Beyond Meats frozen meals for those mid-week meals when you need something quick and easy.
