We are often told by our customers they love shopping in our store as it is “so different.” This is because we stock the unusual. gourmet, artisan and fine food products that you won’t find on any big-chain supermarket shelf.

Meet The Ambarella Team
Butcher Manager
Lee comes to us with 18 years experience within the meat industry
After completing his apprenticeship in his home town of Maleny, Lee spent 10 years in retail stores perfecting his trade.
He then progressed into a supervisory role in the export beef processing sector of the industry. For 7 years Lee worked in and around regional parts of Queensland and New South Wales.
Now based at Ambarella Fine Foods on the Gold Coast, Lee brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our customers.
Lee prides himself on excellent customer service.

Customer Service Specialist
If you’ve ever visited Ambarella you would have undoubtedly met Suzie. She is known for her bright, bubbly conversations and she knows exactly where each product in the store is located.
Always helpful, Suzie’s a former corporate career girl specialising as a Personal Assitant. Now she continues to be helpful to the Ambarella customers and team members.
Cafe Manager
Justin is the Ambarella cafe` manager. Previous to working at Ambarella Justin lived for 10 years in The United Kingdom, working in Italian restaurants.
Justin loves to travel and his favourite adventure was in Pompeii. “Such an amazing place and Italian food is the best.”
Deli Manager
Eduardo (Ted) is the Deli manager at Ambarella.
He started in the Continental Deli 50 years ago in Sydney. Ted has also owned his own Deli on the northern shores of Sydney.
There’s not much Ted doesn’t know about deli meats, international and Australian cheeses and with his Italian background, he’s the perfect person to ask about your next deli platter or food catering.
Best time to catch Ted in the Deli is in the morning.
